- Ari is a saju calculation and AI consultation service for people aged 14 and over.
- AI consultation answers are written by generative AI and, like saju readings, are reference material only, not medical, legal, tax, investment or other professional advice.
- Subscriptions and credits are paid through the App Store or Google Play, and you can withdraw from the unused part within 7 days of purchase.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the rights, duties and responsibilities of Seedbox LC (시드박스 유한회사) (the ‘Company’) and users, and the conditions and procedures for using the Ari mobile app, the ari.day website and related services (the ‘Service’).
Article 2 (Definitions)
In these terms:
- ‘User’ means a guest user or member who uses the Service under these terms.
- ‘Guest user’ means a person who uses the Service on a device without signing in.
- ‘Member’ means a person who has created an account by signing in with a method the Company offers, such as Apple, Google or an email code.
- ‘Saju profile’ means the name, birth date, birth time, birthplace and other details of a user or another person that a user enters for saju calculations.
- ‘AI consultation’ means the feature in which generative AI writes an answer based on the chart the Company calculates and the user's question.
- ‘Credits’ means the in-Service unit used for features such as AI consultations. ‘Paid credits’ come from subscriptions or credit-pack purchases; ‘free credits’ come from free allowances, attendance rewards, coupons and the like.
- ‘App marketplace’ means a platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play where the app is downloaded and paid for.
Article 3 (Posting and amendment)
(1) The Company posts these terms and its business details (company name, representative, address, phone number, email, business registration number and mail-order business report number) in the Service and on ari.day.
(2) The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable Korean law, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Network Act and the Content Industry Promotion Act.
(3) The Company announces each amendment, with its effective date, content and reason, in the Service and on ari.day at least 7 days before it takes effect, or at least 30 days before for changes that disadvantage users or are important, and notifies members individually by in-app notice or email.
(4) If the Company clearly stated in the notice that not objecting by the effective date counts as agreement and a user does not object, the user is deemed to accept the amended terms. A user who does not accept them may stop using the Service and request account deletion.
Article 4 (Other rules)
Matters not covered by these terms follow applicable law, government notices and guidelines such as the Content User Protection Guidelines, and app marketplace policies.
Article 5 (Agreement and eligibility)
(1) The agreement is formed when a user accepts these terms and starts using the Service. A membership agreement is formed when sign-in is completed.
(2) The Service is available only to people aged 14 and over.
(3) The Company may refuse or later terminate an agreement if a user uses another person's name or account, enters false information, is under 14, or was previously restricted for breaching these terms.
Article 6 (Accounts)
(1) Keep your sign-in method secure, and do not let others use, transfer or sell your account. If you learn that your account is being misused, tell us at support@jambo.team right away.
(2) Guest history is tied to identifiers stored on the device, so it may be lost if you delete the app or change devices. If you sign in on the same device, your guest history moves to your member account.
Article 7 (The Company's duties)
(1) The Company complies with applicable law and these terms and works to provide the Service continuously and reliably.
(2) The Company protects users' personal information under its Privacy Policy.
(3) The Company handles justified user opinions and complaints without delay, and tells users the reason and schedule if handling takes time.
Article 8 (Users' duties)
Users must not:
- Misuse another person's personal information, account or payment method, or enter another person's information without consent.
- Violate the law or another person's reputation, likeness, intellectual property or other rights.
- Use results for fraud, threats, harassment or discrimination, or for decisions with a significant effect on others such as hiring, credit or insurance.
- Bypass or disable authentication, usage limits, purchase verification or other safeguards, or try to extract the Service's source code or AI instructions.
- Access the Service in bulk or collect data from it by automated means without the Company's written permission.
- Present AI answers as an official opinion verified by the Company or a professional, or resell the Service commercially.
Article 9 (The Service)
(1) The Company provides the following. Details and conditions are shown in the Service.
- Birth-chart calculation (including true-solar-time correction from the birthplace longitude and the equation of time), five-element analysis, ten-year and yearly luck cycles, daily fortune, compatibility and name reading.
- AI consultations based on the chart, and consultation history.
- Subscriptions, credits, attendance rewards and coupons.
(2) The Service is in principle available 24 hours a day, all year. It may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, equipment failure, or outages of app marketplaces or AI providers.
Article 10 (Generative AI notice and the nature of answers)
(1) AI consultation answers are written by generative AI.
(2) Saju is a traditional interpretive system based on the date, time and place of birth, not a scientifically proven prediction. The Company works to calculate the calendar accurately, but readings and AI answers guarantee no outcome and may be untrue or inaccurate.
(3) The Service does not replace medical, legal, tax, investment, counselling or other professional advice. Make important decisions about health, safety, money or legal rights with a professional and your own judgment. If you are thinking about harming yourself or are in an emergency, contact local emergency services right away (in Korea: 109 suicide prevention line, 112, 119).
(4) You can report inappropriate or wrong answers to support@jambo.team; the Company reviews them to improve the Service.
Article 11 (Other people's information and sensitive information)
(1) Before entering another person's name or birth details, for example for compatibility or a relationship profile, get that person's consent. You are responsible for any consequences of not doing so.
(2) Do not put sensitive information that a reading does not need, such as ID numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords or detailed health records, in your questions.
Article 12 (Changes to and end of the Service)
(1) The Company may change the Service for operational, technical or legal reasons. If it changes a paid service to users' disadvantage, it announces the change and its effective date at least 30 days in advance.
(2) To end the Service, the Company announces it in the Service and on ari.day at least 30 days before the end date and notifies members individually, and refunds remaining paid credits and the remaining subscription period under Article 18.
Article 13 (Paid services and payment)
(1) Paid services are monthly subscriptions and credit packs. Prices, credits provided and periods are shown on the purchase screen.
(2) Payment is made only through app marketplace in-app purchase; the marketplace processes the payment and issues receipts.
(3) A monthly subscription renews and is charged automatically each billing period until you cancel. If the Company raises a subscription price, it tells you in advance and obtains your consent as required by law and the marketplace's process.
(4) You can cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. After cancellation you are not charged from the next billing date and can use the Service until the end of the period already paid.
(5) If a minor under 19 pays without a legal guardian's consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel the contract, unless the minor used deception to appear to be an adult or to have consent, or paid within money the guardian allowed the minor to spend freely.
Article 14 (Credits)
(1) The credits used per AI consultation are shown in the Service.
(2) Credits expire as follows:
- Subscription credits: at the end of the subscription period.
- Credits bought in a credit pack: no expiry.
- Members' monthly free allowance: the last day of the month in which it was granted.
- Attendance rewards: 24 hours after they are granted.
- Coupons: 30 days after they are issued.
(3) Credits cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash. Free credits are not refundable.
Article 15 (Withdrawal)
(1) You may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of the purchase date (for subscriptions, the charge date).
(2) Credits are divisible digital content, so even within that period you cannot withdraw from the part already used, only from the unused part (Article 17(2)(5) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). The Company shows this limit on the purchase screen.
(3) If what you bought differs from how it was displayed or advertised, or from the contract, you may withdraw within 3 months of receiving it and within 30 days of when you learned or could have learned of it.
(4) To withdraw, use the refund process of the marketplace you paid through (App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: request a refund in your order history) or contact support@jambo.team. Where marketplace policy does not let the Company refund directly, the Company asks the marketplace for the refund or takes other necessary steps.
Article 16 (Cancelling a subscription mid-term)
(1) You can cancel a subscription at any time, with the effect described in Article 13(4).
(2) After the withdrawal period in Article 15, fees for a subscription period already paid are not refunded, except where you could not use the Service through the Company's fault or where applicable law or marketplace policy provides a refund.
Article 17 (Overpayment)
If the Company learns that you paid by mistake or paid too much, it refunds the full amount. For payments made through an app marketplace, it takes the steps needed for the marketplace to refund you.
Article 18 (Refunds and compensation)
(1) Refunds are made in principle to the original payment method. Where the Company refunds directly, it does so within 3 business days after the reason for the refund is confirmed.
(2) If you cannot use a paid service for 4 or more consecutive hours through the Company's fault, the Company compensates you with credits or service time for the period lost.
Article 19 (Termination and account deletion)
(1) You can request account deletion at any time in the app under 계정 및 개인정보 (Account and privacy) → 데이터 및 개인정보 (Data and privacy), or by emailing support@jambo.team if you cannot use the app.
(2) You are signed out at once and your account and data are deleted after 7 days. Remaining credits and benefits cannot be restored after deletion, so request any refund of paid credits under Articles 15 to 18 before requesting deletion.
(3) Deleting your account does not cancel a marketplace subscription; cancel it in the marketplace.
Article 20 (Restrictions)
(1) If a user breaches Article 8 or disrupts the Service, the Company may restrict use step by step: warning, temporary suspension, then termination. It may restrict use immediately for violations of law or urgent risks to other users.
(2) Before restricting use, the Company tells the user the reason, duration and how to object; in urgent cases it does so without delay afterwards.
(3) Users can object at support@jambo.team; if the objection is justified, the Company restores use immediately.
Article 21 (Rights)
(1) Rights in the Service's software, design, text, marks and calendar calculations belong to the Company or their rightful owners.
(2) You keep your rights in the questions you enter and may freely use the readings and answers you receive for personal purposes. You allow the Company to store and process what you enter as needed to provide the Service, support you, keep it safe and meet legal duties.
Article 22 (Damages and exemptions)
(1) If the Company or a user breaches these terms and causes damage to the other, the party in breach compensates for it.
(2) The Company is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war or the suspension of telecommunications services, or by the user's own fault.
(3) The Company is not responsible for decisions users make based on readings or AI answers, or their results, except for damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Article 23 (Notices)
The Company notifies users in the Service, by in-app notice or at the email address a member registered. Notices to all users may be made by posting in the Service or on ari.day for at least 7 days.
Article 24 (Dispute resolution)
(1) The Company receives complaints and requests for relief at support@jambo.team and +82-2-6959-6619 and handles them without delay.
(2) Users may apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency (www.kca.go.kr, 1372) or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee (www.kcdrc.kr).
Article 25 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms and disputes about the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and lawsuits are brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
Addendum
These terms take effect on 2026-10-06.
